MS Project: Optimizing, Tracking, and Reporting

So I didn’t get a chance to post yesterday but I still met my goal of writing about project management every day. I developed a new 25-page workbook for my upcoming MS Project workshop. It’s titled MS Project: Optimizing, Tracking and Reporting and if you’d like a copy, post a comment saying so and I’ll send one out to the first 20 people who ask.

It’s based on the wonderful book Dynamic Scheduling with MS Project by Eric Uyttewaal. Everyone who considers herself (or wants to be) a competent MS Project jockey should own this volume!
